A Canadian-German with a passion for culture and identity, I have built a track record as a leader and creative enabler moving to Germany from my native Montreal in 2005. With a keen sense for the interplay of strategy and creativity and a fascination for the effects of global trends, I have years of experience helping international clients find fitting solutions for their business.
A dedicated coach, mentor and teacher, I see myself as a catalyst in creating space for constant growth in my clients and friends. My main areas of focus are diversity, leadership, empowerment and purpose. I am especially interested in the impact of increased mindfulness and body awareness on personal and professional development and enjoy opening new horizons in the people I come into contact with by blending different approaches.
Combining with my understanding of the digital world with a passion for psychology, creativity and development has afforded me the chance to support companies, teams and individuals with both personal and systemic transformation. These skills have been particularly helpful in situations requiring far reaching change, process implementation, quick turnarounds or crisis management.
My work includes managing the creation and rollout of the global repositioning for the brand MINI as well as the development of various social media, online (app & web) and strategic initiatives for the BMW Group. I have built and lead multi-disciplinary teams in the successful implementation of projects and campaigns of varying complexity for clients such as eBay, Richemont, Baume & Mercier, Panasonic or Alphabet. Next to this, I have worked tirelessly to recruit, hire, empower and structure highly effective and engaged international teams.
In my current role as Group Head Talent and Transformation at Scholz & Friends, one of the largest agencies in the DACH region, I help align strategic business goals with hiring, processes and employee development initiatives. Here my main tasks include concepting leadership and personal development programmes and workshops, providing clients with innovation impulses, or developing new internal structures.
I hold an MA in Public Policy and Management as well as Executive MBA in International Business during the course of which I was awarded a scholarship for women in leadership. I speak five languages and can provide coaching and workshops in English, French or German.
